"There was no meet and greet in the terminal, we had to get an airport worker to direct us outside. Since I use a walker, it made things difficult. The car was only a 3 seater with insufficient room for our luggage and my walker resulting in me holding my carry on bag on my lap for over 90 minutes with little leg room. The driver was excellent and very knowledgeable - he kindly told us about the neighborhoods we were seeing along the way. I hope tomorrow's ride has the correct vehicle."

"Hi, When I arrived at the airport, I had a text from the taxi driver to say he has arrived, I called him when I was at passport control - he said he will meet me at arrivals, I have asked him if he checked which terminal is, as I initially requested because I have never been at this airport before and I don't know if I land at south or north terminal. The driver said to me not to worry as he checked and he knows where I've landed and to call him after I pick up my luggage because he will meet me at arrivals. After I picked up my luggage I have contacted him, this time the driver told me to go to the car park at level 3 as is very easy to find it and we will be faster with 10 minutes that way, again I have told him that I've never been to this airport before so I don't know where is that however I can give it a try. When I got to the car park, I have called him and told him, however he started to raise his voice at me and laugh saying that how did i got to that car park because he never told me to go to that car park but to another one and I have again told him that this is the car park I have found, the driver started laughing and told me that I am very confused. The driver's attitude was very inappropriate. He now said to me that he is going to meet me at arrivals and go back there, I got back in the airport at arrivals, the driver asked me if I can see him because he is waiving at me, after a couple of minutes on the phone him trying to make a fool out of me we realised I was at terminal south and he was at north terminal. driver raised his voice at me asking me why have I got off the plane there because that is not where I should have landed and I should have gone to north terminal instead, eventually he came to south terminal. This entire adventure got u bout an hour later to leave the airport. In the taxi I have confirmed the address and post code to him ( same address and post code that I gave when I booked the taxi). When we got in Coventry the driver took me to a wrong address, when I have noticed I have asked him to check the post code again ( of course he put the wrong one in). He realised now that he went left on a bus lane only and he was scared that he would got fined and he blamed me again : asking why have I not told him sooner, well I was tired and for a few seconds I fell asleep trusting that the driver can use a sat nav and he knows where we have to go. Overall this experience was very unpleasant, the driver's attitude was wrong and I believe that the total cost of the trip wasn't worth it. "
